Who is delivering the course?

Bromley Adult Education College

The course is funded through a Community Learning grant, supported by the Mayor of London and The Education & Skills Funding Agency. To attend this course you must be a resident of London and have lived in the EU or EEA for at least three years prior to the start of the course.

What is the course about?

Learn to use Positive Thinking techniques to deal with stress and anxiety, and how to change your life for the better on this introductory course. Increase awareness of negative attitude and patterns. Improve self-esteem, practical exercises and techniques to reduce stress, practical Positive Thinking techniques.

The course runs on Thursdays from 12:30- 2:30pm from 7 November until the 12 December. There are six sessions in total.

Who is the course for?

Unpaid carers over the age of 19 who either live or care for someone in the London Borough of Bromley. You must be registered with Bromley Well to attend this course and you must book your place.
