Who is delivering the course?
Bromley Adult Education College
The course is funded through a Community Learning grant, supported by the Mayor of London and The Education & Skills Funding Agency. To attend this course you must be a resident of London and have lived in the EU or EEA for at least three years prior to the start of the course.
What is the course about?
Learn simple beauty and massage techniques to care for your face, hair, hands and feet and improve your physical and mental resilience, reduce stress and induce a sense of relaxation and general wellbeing. All resources provided.
The course runs on Thursdays from 9:45- 11:45am from 31 October until 5 December. There are six sessions in total.
Who is the course for?
Unpaid carers over the age of 19 who either live or care for someone in the London Borough of Bromley. You must be registered with Bromley Well to attend this course and you must book your place.
