What do we mean by good mental health?
This session provides free Mental Health Awareness training to support wider understanding of the issues surrounding mental health, and is designed specifically to support people working in the Health and Social Care sectors.
The session will cover the following topics:
- What do we mean by good mental health?
- What are the warning signs when things are beginning to go wrong?
- What steps can we take to help others to access the right support?
- This free training will provide a greater insight into the promotion of robust mental health together with a range of simple strategies which can be used to support others.
