In this six week course you will be introduced to different mindfulness activities along with the Five Ways to Wellbeing. There is much evidence that indicates the use of mindfulness techniques can be very beneficial in managing symptoms of low mood, depression and anxiety.
This is an interactive peer led group, and will provide opportunity to meet new people and share difficulties in a supportive and friendly environment.
This is a 6 week course, starting on 15/05/19-19/06/19 at Bromley Parish Church.
