Take the opportunity to meet other carers with similar experiences and common difficulties. Make new friends and learn practical techniques to help manage and maintain your own wellbeing. Some groups will have guest speakers from local organisations.  Please feel free to drop in when you can if you cannot stay for the full two hours.
