Sleep and MindfulnessDo you have trouble sleeping?  Sleep is a huge part of our health and lack of sleep can impact on our wellbeing

If you have a long term health condition and would like to find out more about improving your sleep and the health benefits of Mindfulness, come along to our workshop on Wednesday 6th February at Community House, South Street, BR1 1RH.

In the session we will having a chat about how sleep benefits our bodies and our minds, and get tips on getting a good night’s sleep. There will be information about how mindfulness can help us manage stress and the chance to try a mindfulness exercise!

Come and meet others and share your experiences over a cup of tea/ coffee and some refreshments.
