What do we mean by good mental health?

If you're working or volunteering in the health and social care sectors, join us for this free Mental Health Awareness training and gain a wider understanding of the issues surrounding mental health. We'll be discussing some key, basic questions:- 

• What do we mean by good mental health?
• What are the warning signs when things are beginning to go wrong?
• What steps can we take to help others to access the right support?

This free training will provide a greater insight into the promotion of robust mental health together with a range of simple strategies which can be used to support others.
