A free session for Carers
Monday 10th September at 10am to 12pm

Join us for tea, biscuits and an interactive session that will provide an overview of dementia and practical advice on helping someone to live well with dementia. There will be an opportunity for open conversation and questions, and for participants to become Dementia Friends.
