How accessible is this website
We use the Voice platform for this website - www.e-voice.org.uk
Voice websites are built using code compliant with WCAG standards for HTML and CSS. The website displays correctly in current browsers and using standards compliant HTML/CSS code means any future browsers will also display it correctly.
With regards to WCAG, Voice websites aim to "be accessible to all, with easy to read layouts, clear design, and good contrast. They are tested on mobile devices, tablets, desktop browsers, and screen readers. We're continually reviewing and improving accessibility". (https://e-voice.org.uk/about-voice/website-features/)
Whilst we are always striving to improve the accessibility of all pages and materials on our website, it's possible that some content has not yet been fully aligned with accessibility standards.
You can find advice on making your device easier to use on the AbilityNet website.
We aim to have provide a website which
- has easy to understand content
- lets users view images and multimedia - including videos, animations and audio
- has text with good colour contrast
- lets users skip to main content using a keyboard.
