We’re looking for a motivated Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to lead our Long Term Health Conditions Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact by supporting adults to take control of their health and wellbeing. You’ll manage a small team, design and deliver innovative self-management workshops, and ensure our services remain person centred and evidence led.

Full-time Handyperson
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £27,008 per annum
Location: Across Bromley borough

We're looking for a full-time Handyperson to join our friendly, highly respected team supporting residents in Bromley Borough. If you're skilled in practical home repairs and passionate about helping older people live safely in their homes, this is the role for you.
You’ll provide rapid response support for older adults and those with long-term health conditions, ensuring their homes are safe, accessible, and hazard-free as they return from hospital or continue to live independently.
You’ll be installing grab rails, key safes, chair raisers, and other small adaptations that reduce hazards and improve daily living.

Young Carers Activity Support Volunteer
New role as of: Spring/Summer 2025
Time Committment: Our activities run throughout the school holidays and can vary in length, ranging from 2 hour sessions to half day events.
Location: Various within Bromley Borough.
Skills: No prior experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help! Volunteers must be 18+ and will be required to complete a background check.
Description: Join Bromley Well as a volunteer and help young carers—children and teenagers who take on significant responsibilities at home. Their activities and events provide these amazing individuals with much needed time to relax, have fun, and connect with peers who understand their experiences.
