Hours:  37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9:00 - 5:30

Salary: £30,600

We have a part-time opportunity in Bromley Well's Adult Carers Team as an Adult Carers Support Advisor. You will provide emotional and practical support to unpaid Carers in the London Borough of Bromley, aligned and working closely with the integrated care networks.

Advice Case Supervisor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 DOE

Location: Based at our partner charity, Age UK Bromley and Greenwich, at Community House in Bromley,  BR1 1RH with travel across both Bromley and Greenwich.

Do you have a passion for delivering quality information especially to older people and their families? Are you an experienced leader with the ability to supervise a diverse team across both boroughs?

The Advice Case Supervisor will develop and manage, to a high standard, our Information & Advice Service. You'll lead the delivery of the  Service through a range of channels, including face to face, telephone, email, digital, and other means, across Bromley and Greenwich boroughs.

Information and Support Officer (Learning Disabilities and Vulnerable Adults)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours

Salary: £28,840 +3% Pension

Location: based at Bromley Well partner charity, Bromley Mencap Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, BR2 9RG, and you will also need to work at locations around the borough

Closing date: 12pm, Friday 10th May

Do you have excellent communication skills with all groups, particularly with people with a learning disability?

Have you got a good understanding of the social care and health system?
