Volunteer during COVID-19 crisis

There's been lots in the news and on social media about volunteering and how you can help in your local community.

People might need practical or emotional support.  If you're fit and well and want to help, it is possible to do so whilst maintaining your social distance. It's also important that volunteers follow the latest government and NHS  guidance on COVID-19.

Careplus Bromley rely on volunteer visits to elderly clients (average age of 90) in their own homes. Since many of their volunteers are over 70, the service is struggling. If you can spare 30 minutes a day as a phone buddy, text 07967 696 027 to apply.
