Coping with Life - FREE course on mental wellbeing
Coping with Life is a programme designed to help you understand and combat common mental health problems such as anxiety, stress and low mood.
Over 3 weeks you will be supported by our Mental Health Team, at online group sessions. We'll help you think about different ways to manage your mental health and wellbeing.
Each 2 hour session provides a good opportunity to meet like-minded people, to discuss common challenges, to learn and practice different ways to live and stay well.
On Tuesdays from 11:00am-1:00pm on 15th June, 22nd June and 29th June
Week 1: Low Mood & Other Emotions
Week 2: Stress & Poor Sleep
Week 3: Worry, Anxiety & Panic
Who can come?
"Coping With Life" is free and open to anyone aged 18+ living in Bromley borough. You just need to register with Bromley Well first.
