What is the session about?
Arthritis Action offers an integrated self-management approach which looks at both the mental and physical health impact of living with arthritis.
The talk will be an opportunity to learn more about physical activity, diet, pain management, pacing and much more.
Who is the session for?
Unpaid carers over the age of 19 who either live or care for someone in the London Borough of Bromley. You must be registered with Bromley Well to attend this session and you must book a place.
