Lockdown restrictions has affected many of us in different ways.

We are happy to announce we are still able to carry on facilitating Peer Support Groups face to face based at the Community House.

Peer Support Groups give carers an opportunity to support each other and talk through the challenges within their own caring roles.

Carers can also discuss and exchange different techniques and information that may be of help with cared for`s conditions.

Or you can just come along and have a chat. Peer Support Groups are a great chance to meet others in the community in a similar situation and can really help with social isolation
