Bromley Well is inviting people to join them online for a week of activities, top tips and fun! 

Invest in your future self by making small changes that can make a big difference.

Starting today, Monday 16th November, there are workshops, videos and new resources all week.

Self Care, Compassion and Gratitude with Bromley Mindfulness

Eating Well and Mindfulness - join in the cooking (and eating!) and hear the latest advice.

Bromley Well's Legal advice and Guidance service

Join us if you're looking for help with work, money, benefits, furlough, renting... We can't help you during the session but you'll find out how to use the service and what we offer.

Wednesday 18th

Physical Activity and Having your Say on Local Care Services

Classes, tips and chat about what works for your physical health. Some great sessions being run by Bromley's Mytime - thanks guys!

Welcome also Bromley HealthWatch. Join them at 10.30am to find out who they are, what they do and how you can get your voice heard about local health and care servivces.

Mental Health and Wellbeing - Wow! A full day on caring for your mental wellbeing - don't miss!
