phone watchingJoin this free, 4 week practical, online course. It's based on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model.

 Who's it for?

The course is for people living in Bromley borough, who are caring for another person such as a family member, neighbout or friend.

You need to be registered with Bromley Well services - this is free. To register with our services, please email wellbeing@bromleywell.org.uk or call 0300 330 9039. Or you can get in touch with the Bromley Well Team on 07718 403574.

How does the course work?

Led by a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll study four modules over a four-week period:

  • Mood and feeling overwhelmed
  • Covid-19 and worry
  • Practical problem solving
  • Sleep management.

One module per week is delivered directly into your email inbox starting Tuesday 6th October and thereafter on Tuesday 13th, 20th and 27th October.

Each video tutorial lasts approx. 20-25 minutes and you can watch at a time to suit you.

As such, please note this is not a live event, but a debriefing appointment will be made for you each week to be able to reflect on your experiences with our team and other carers who are also accessing the course.

Try out practical exercises and develop new strategies for effective change and improved mental health and wellbeing.
