Take the opportunity to meet other carers with similar experiences and explore common difficulties in a relaxed, supportive and friendly space. You can also come along to get information and guidance from the Adult Carers Support team and make new friends along the way. Speakers and activities can be arranged at the group’s request.

Who are they for?

Unpaid carers over the age of 19 who either live or care for someone in the London Borough of Bromley. You do not need to book but if you are not already registered with Bromley Well, please let a staff member know when you arrive.
