Who is delivering the course?

Bromley Adult Education College

The course is funded through a Community Learning grant, supported by the Mayor of London and The Education & Skills Funding Agency. To attend this course you must be a resident of London and have lived in the EU or EEA for at least three years prior to the start of the course.

What is the course about?

Gentle yoga to maintain flexibility and mobility for carers and those they care for. Especially suited for older learners and those with long-term conditions and reduced physical ability. You will also practice some relaxation techniques to reduce stress. Equipment is provided, but you may prefer to bring your own The tutor can advise on request.

Carers are also welcome to come along on their own.

The course runs on Thursdays from 1:30pm- 2:30pm from 19 September until the 12 December. There are twelve sessions in total.

Who is the course for?

Unpaid carers over the age of 19 who either live or care for someone in the London Borough of Bromley. You must be registered with Bromley Well to attend this course and you must book your place.

There is a free car park on site. The entrance is on Poverest Road next to Poverest School front field.
