You must have attended part 1 to attend this course unless you have some prior knowledge of Reflexology.

This course will teach you to understand your feet and their reflex points. Learn how to stimulate reflex points to promote relaxation and well-being.

Be prepared to both give and receive treatments.

Bring a towel, cream or lotion, cotton pads, pen and paper to each session. Some materials will be provided, sufficient for demonstration and sampling purposes and you will get advice on purchasing appropriate oils and materials.
