Do you work/support disabled people and their carers in Bromley?
Does your client group include people may have a hidden disability or caring responsibility?
This free training session will be useful for anyone working with, or supporting, disabled people and their carers and for anyone wanting to understand more about disability and the identification of mutual and young carers. Click here to reserve your place today.
The first part of the session covers:

the legal context of disability

an overview of disability confidence covering communication and the use of appropriate language/etiquette

considerations when working with disabled people.
The second part covers:
How Bromley Well services can support disabled people and their carers. There will be examples of how the service has made a difference to local people's lives. It is an interactive session including discussion and face to face interviews with clients who have been supported by Bromley Well.
The session is suitable for anyone engaging with the public on a daily basis including:
