You don’t need a mental health diagnosis to have a bad day, the stresses and strains and demands of modern life can feel quite overwhelming at times.

Coffee Connections is a fortnightly peer support group, which provides a safe, non-judgemental environment to meet new people, socialise and share your stories.

Please join us downstairs at Costa Coffee, Market Square, Bromley from 5 – 7pm. There will be a break about half way through, so if you can’t make it for 5pm please feel very welcome to join us for the second hour.
