The theme for this meeting is Communicating with someone in crisis.

This is one in a series of free, meetings for people caring for someone with a mental health issue. 

The meeting is divided into two parts - the first hour is an opportunity to share your experiences with other carers. In the second hour we are joined by a speaker on a subject related to mental health.
